What is KVKK?

Personal Data Protection Act (KVKK) 24.03.2016 at Turkey Grand National Assembly adopted and entered into force on No. 29 677 dated 07.04.2016 published in the Official Gazette.

The law is based on the compatibility of all data processing persons and institutions within the framework of basic purposes such as ensuring the confidentiality of personal data, protecting it and preventing unauthorized use. Our company, like all organizations, is obliged to comply with this Law and personal data processed in all processes of our Company are within this scope.


What is Personal Data?

All data or data sets that make the person directly or indirectly identifiable are considered personal data. For example, descriptive information directly belonging to or created on behalf of the person such as name, surname, place / date of birth, telephone number, CV, photograph, voice recording can be given.


What is Data Processing?

Any transaction performed on personal data is accepted as "data processing". Therefore, data processing includes archiving, storage, modification, rearrangement, disclosure, transfer, analysis and classification of data.


Who is the Relevant Person / Data Owner?

One of the frequently mentioned expressions in the law is "related person" or "data owner". Refers to natural persons whose personal data are processed.


Who is the Data Controller?

The data controller is the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and methods of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system. At this point, our company; becomes the Data Supervisor in terms of the data of our customers, visitors and employees.


Who is Data Processor?

Data processors are real or legal persons who process data on behalf of the data controller. These persons may also be a separate natural or legal person authorized by the data controller to process personal data.



Personal Data Protection and Destruction Policy

Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) numbered 6698, published in the Official Gazette dated 07.04.2016 and numbered 29677, has entered into force in order to legally protect the data of persons that are inconvenient from being seized by third parties in order to ensure the confidentiality of their private life. Our company is also subject to this law, like all institutions, and all data processed in all business processes are evaluated within this scope and accepted as personal data and protected by law.

Personal Data Protection Law Application Form

Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, published in the Official Gazette dated 07.04.2016 and numbered 29677, entered into force in order to legally protect the data of individuals that are inconvenient from being seized by third parties in order to ensure the confidentiality of their private life. Our company is also subject to this law, like all institutions, and all data processed in all business processes are evaluated within this scope and accepted as personal data and are protected by law.

In accordance with KVKK; Data owners are given some rights, and the applications to be made in order to exercise these rights must be submitted to our company in writing and by the methods stated below.

Within this framework, the applications to be made to our Company in "written" form are printed out of this form;

By sending an e-mail by signing with the "secure electronic signature" defined by the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070, through the REM (Registered Electronic Mail) address, By mobile signature, By means of an existing and recognized e-mail address in the Company records. It must be delivered to our company.
